It’s an exciting honor to be named to the St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s annual list of the area’s Best Marketing Firms for the Sixth Year! More than 200 firms were nominated to the list, but only 26 were selected.

“Being named to the Best Marketing list is in itself an honor, but making the list for the sixth time is truly wonderful,” said Lauren Kolbe, co-owner of Kolbeco. “We have some awesome clients who allow us to be fun, quirky and push our creativity. They challenge us to push ourselves and constantly strive to be the best.”

Here is a brief sampling of the campaigns that have led to this year’s honor:

• Antennas Direct: For the NINTH year in a row, Antennas Direct is on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest Growing Companies. Making the list for nine years is an extremely rare recognition. We also helped to launch their TV Liberation Bus Tour again this year, traveling to 5 cities across the United States giving away free TV antennas and landing media coverage.
• Lofts@Euclid: The Lofts@Euclid was the latest project from Cullinan Properties that we were able to collaborate and help promote. Lofts@Euclid are high-end new lofts and retail space in the Central West End. Kolbeco worked with the Cullinan team to develop an identity, market the property and help promote living, and working, in the CWE.
• Streets of St. Charles: A marquis project for Cullinan Properties, Streets of St. Charles transformed a formerly run-down property into a new landmark welcoming folks to St. Charles. Kolbeco worked with the team to create a compelling brand story, broadcast that story in key outlets, and create a series of events that showcase the energy and community present at the development. It’s THE place to be!
• True North: Kolbeco led a major rebranding effort for True North that captured the essence of who they are. This included the launch of a new website and marketing pieces. True North has been on the INC5000 list for the past three years in a row.
